In the summer of 2023, DDB Worldwide merged DDB New York and adam&eveNYC, forming a new agency operating under the adam&eveDDB name. Referring to the merge as creating a ‘super agency,’ Alex Lubar, Global CEO of DDB Worldwide, tells Ad Age: “we really felt like there was an opportunity to bring some of the startup creative dynamism that is adam&eve and partner it with the scale of the operations of DDB in New York.” Caroline Winterton, based in New York, leads the adam&eveDDB operations in partnership with Richard Brim, Global Chief Creative Officer, based in London.
